Alfredo majored in Law at the Brasilia University Center (UniCEUB) and is currently a lawyer and partner at Miranda Lima & Lobo Advogados, a member of the Special Municipal Law Commission of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association (CFOAB) and a member of the Land Regularization and Real Estate Law Commissions of the OAB-DF. He is also the technical coordinator of the Real Estate Services Technical Group of the Parliamentary Front for the Services Sector.
He is currently undertaking his master’s degree in Constitutional Law at the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP) and holds specialization titles in in Civil Procedure from the Brazilian Institute of Public Law [IDP], Legal practice in Digital Law and Data Protection from the Brazilian School of Law [EBRADI] and Real Estate Law from the Legale Educational College [FLE].
Additionally, Alfredo is also undertaking an MBA in Tax Management from the University of São Paulo (USP) and has a degree in Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Personal Data Protection (LGPD) from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets [Ibmec].
He works in a qualified and strategic way for a large national company specializing in geotechnology, focusing on land regularization projects, with more than 30,000 individual processes.
With a decade’s experience in legal and legislative advice to members of parliament in the National Congress, he has worked directly in Thematic Committees, Special Committees and Parliamentary Inquiry Committees (CPIs).
His portfolio also includes work before the Supreme Court, advising on the drafting of votes and decisions, especially in the Superior Court of Justice (STJ). In his professional career, he has also worked in law firms and legal departments of small, medium and large sizes.
